Step-1 – Go to official website of CoWin or Click here
Step-2 – click on Register/SignIn button.
Step-3 – Here enter the mobile number which Link your Adhar Card or in which you have registered for the vaccine or doctor asked.
Note- otp will come on this mobile number
Step-4 – Click on Get OTP Button, you will receive an otp
Step-5 – Enter OTP & Click Verify & Proceed Button.
Step-6 – If you are logged in, your page will show the names of all the registered candidates who have been vaccinated.
Step-7 – find out your name and click on the show certificate drop down button appearing on the right side.
Step-8 – then click on Download button, finally you downlaod your vaccinated certificate.

How to Download Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate From Umang App?

Open Umang App on your Smart phone, if you have else download and install from here Download UMANG
click on search icon given on the topbar & type covid vaccination
Below you will get to see 4 results out of which you can download click on download vaccination certificate co-win
enter your registered mobile number & click submit button
enter OTP & click verify button
Select your name in the dropdown option
click on Download button, Finally Wait it will take directly pdf page.

How to Download Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate From Digi-Locker?

Step-1 – Go to official website of Digi-Locker or Click here

Step-2 – click on Sign in button in the topbar

Step-3 – Here enter the mobile number which Link your Adhar Card or in which you have registered for the vaccine or doctor asked.

Note- otp will come on this mobile number

Step-4 – Click on Get OTP Button, you will receive an otp.

Step-5 – Enter security pin & click Sign in Button.

if you are successfull sign in then website redirect your dashboard

Step-6 – click on Search Documents on leftside & also click Covid Vaccine Certificate button (it is tag).

Step-7 – Enter your beneficiary id & press Get Document Button for Request.

Step-8 – then click on Download button, finally you downlaod your vaccinated certificate
